Having been recently upgraded, the accommodation sleeps 4 guests in a king size bedroom (with private bathroom) and a super-king or twin room with ensuite facilities. The apartment is thoughtfully appointed and both bedrooms have a TV.
Trefoil would ideally suit 2 couples sharing or a family. Children over 5 are welcome by prior arrangement. Sadly dogs are not allowed in this apartment block.
Trefoil has been awarded Four Star Gold by Visit England.

This light and airy, purpose-built ground floor flat is well-appointed throughout and provides an ideal base for people of all ages to get the most out of their holiday. It has been tastefully refurbished and decorated, and achieved a 4 star Gold award rating from Visit England.
Trefoil sleeps four guests in one king-size room with a private bathroom, and one superkingsize (or twin) bedroom with en-suite facilities. The accommodation is furnished to a high standard throughout with T.V.'s in both bedrooms. The newly fitted kitchen is well laid out, with appliances including a microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. A comfortable lounge / dining room with freesat TV/DVD player completes the internal layout. Wi-Fi is included.
Godolphin House is set in a quiet location and within easy access of the many amenities of Hugh Town. It is only a ten-minute level walk to the quay for all your boating requirements, while a similar distance in the opposite direction takes you into Old Town. The ever-popular Porthcressa and Porthmellon beaches are also nearby. Older children are welcome with prior agreement.
