Please note that whilst dogs are not generally permitted, the owner sometimes brings their own dog to the property.

St. Eia is superbly situated in the centre of Hugh Town, just moments from the shops, restaurants and St Mary's quay, where you can board daily boats to the off-islands.
This Grade II listed terraced house has been beautifully renovated to provide the comfort of modern living with the charm and character of a Scillonian granite cottage.
Built circa 1926, the new owners have lovingly refurbished the house to create a comfortable and functional family home whilst maintaining many of the original period features including exposed floorboards, original doors and sliding sash windows.
The house now comprises a cosy snug, open plan kitchen diner, downstairs shower room and utilities, leading through to a sizable south facing rear garden. Upstairs offers two large double bedrooms, one of which can be arranged as twin beds on request, a family bathroom and a single bedroom.
There is free wifi throughout, a Smart TV in the snug and heated flooring in the kitchen/ diner.
The tariff includes electricity, heating, linen and bathroom towels, beach towels are available to hire locally.
