We offer two different services. Our Full Management Service is where we oversee all aspects of running your holiday let, and are on hand to rectify any unforeseen issues and make sure your guests get the most out of their Scilly holiday home. This service is perfect for owners who do not live locally, and want to maximise the potential of their property, whilst still using their holiday home when it suits them, to visit and enjoy Scilly.
Our Booking Only Service covers all aspects of marketing and advertising your property, as well as managing all guest communications from enquiry through to departure and beyond. We recommend this service for owners who live locally and want to deal with changeovers, cleaning and any day to day issues themselves, but don’t want the time consuming task of responding to enquiries.
