St Eia

St Eia can be accessed from the street, upon entry through the front door, there is a snug lounge to the left, with a beautiful fireplace, large Smart TV and comfortable seating for five. There is unlimited wi-fi to keep you connected during your stay.

Turning right from the front entrance leads you through a large open plan kitchen / diner, with a wooden breakfast bar. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob and oven, large family fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. There is underfloor heating throughout the kitchen, and a downstairs shower room in the utility area, which also houses a washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

The utility area has a back door opening onto the back yard, but for sunny days there are double doors that open from the kitchen into the yard.

The back terrace can accessed from the back lane by Home Hardware, through a private gate, perfect for coming in from the beach with wetsuits and boards.

Upstairs boasts a master bedroom with super king bed, plenty of storage and little desk overlooking the main street. The second bedroom has a king size bed which can be split into two small single beds on request (please note these are not full size single beds). There is an additional single room with a small desk, chest of drawers and a decorative fireplace.

The large family bathroom is fully tiled, with a double shower, bath and vanity unit. The floorboards and original doors have been carefully restored throughout the upstairs to retain as much of the period charm as possible.

All bed linen, bath towels and electricity are included in the weekly rental price, beach towels and baby equipment can be hired locally on request.
