Spinnaker, The Customs House

Superbly situated close to the centre of Hugh Town, Spinnaker is just moments from the beach. It overlooks the harbour, which is only a short level walk away, where you can catch daily tripper boats to the off islands.

Spinnaker is accessed at the side of the Custom’s House building, at ground level. The entrance hall has ample space for coats and shoes, buckets and spades. An understairs cupboard stores an airer and deckchairs for guests use.

The half turn staircase leads up to the new fully tiled family bathroom, with thermostatic shower and quality fittings.

There are two steps up into the open plan kitchen/ living room, which is light and airy due to high ceilings and beautiful big windows which look out over the harbour. Large leather sofas are arranged to enjoy the view, but there is also a smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi to keep you connected during your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob and oven, large family sized fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, and offers breakfast bar style seating.

The two super-king bedrooms both offer zip’ n’ link beds, which means they can be arranged as twin beds if required. One bedroom is shower ensuite, the other features an original fireplace and the same stunning view as the lounge. There is a third bedroom, which is a single.

Central heating is available throughout the apartment, and all linen and towels are included in the weekly rental cost.

Travel cots, highchairs, stairgates and beach towels can be hired locally on request.
