Sea Spray

Sea Spray is semi-detached two storey house located at the top end of Town Beach. Whilst in a quiet location, the property is only a short walk from all of the amenities of Hugh Town, or to the ever popular water sports beach of Porthmellon.

It has a lovely bright open plan kitchen/ diner/ living area with views across the harbour. The living room opens up to a spacious courtyard, which also has side access, making it perfect for storing and rinsing off paddleboards and wetsuits, or storing bikes. The kitchen, new in 2025 is well equipped, with a double fronted fridge/ freezer and also has a washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker. There is wifi available throughout the house and a smart TV in both the upstairs and downstairs living areas.

It also boasts a second upstairs lounge, big enough for the whole family to enjoy together, whether it be to watch TV, play games, or simply relax and enjoy the view. The daily tripper boats leaving for the off islands can be seen coming and going throughout the day, until the sun sets over Samson each evening.

Sleeping a total of 7 people, the bedrooms include one ground floor super-king zip'link (which can be made up as twin beds) and a ground floor single. The master bedroom is king size, with new shower ensuite facilities. There is one bunk room with full size standard singles top & bottom. There is an upstairs family bathroom, (with shower over bath) and downstairs wc.

Please note the owner sometimes brings their own dog. Travel cots, highchairs and stairgates are available to hire locally.
