Old Town Cottage

The cottage is close to all the Old Town amenities including the Old Town Inn, Old Town Cafe, several galleries and a pottery. There is also Pom's Kitchen, which serves authentic Thai cuisine with a view across the bay.

Hugh Town and St Mary's harbour is a pleasant 15-20 minute walk away. There are daily tripper boats to explore the beautiful off-islands, or perhaps cruise the Eastern Isles or Western Rocks in search of puffins, seals and other sea life.

On the ground floor is a well-furnished living area with beamed ceiling, having flat screen TV with DVD/CD player, iPod dock and radio. The kitchen area is fully fitted in "Shaker" style, with solid beech worktops, having fitted fan oven & grill, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer and microwave oven. Upstairs you will find a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, heated towel rail, hair dryer and radio alarm.
Electricity, linen and bathroom towels are all included in the weekly price. Beach towels can be hired locally on request.

Unfortunately, the cottage does not have a garden, but why not do as the locals do and take your cup of coffee or glass of wine out onto the slipway of Old Town Beach, just a few yards away, and watch the sun go down.
