Fairways

Fairways is situated right on Porthcressa Bay, perhaps one of the most popular of St Mary's beaches, with fabulous south-facing sea views across to Peninnis Head lighthouse and the off-island of St Agnes.

The property can be accessed through a side gate and into the porch which has plenty of space for coats and shoes, buckets and spades. The open plan fully integrated kitchen is well equipped with under counter fridge, gas oven & hob, and dishwasher. There is a freezer, washing machine and drying facilities for guest use located outside in the shed.

The master king size bedroom has ensuite facilities with a shower over the bath, and handy grab-rails will be installed during the winter of 2024. The other two twin bedrooms share a family bathroom, with shower over the bath.

The living area has patio doors which open onto a delightful elevated south-facing patio area and pleasant private garden which surrounds three sides of the property. There is a BBQ in the shed for guest use.

The tariff includes electricity, heating, linen and bathroom towels. Travel cots, highchairs, stairgates and beach towels can be hired on request.

Fairways is strictly non-smoking and dogs are generally not permitted, although please note that the owner sometimes brings their own dog.
