Located on the edge of Hugh Town, just a short level walk to the harbour where you can catch daily tripper boats to the off-islands, this ground floor apartment is perfectly situated in a quiet residential spot. It is accessed through the front entrance of Rosevean House, a three storey terraced Edwardian property.

The new kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob and oven, undercounter fridge and microwave.

The living room / dining area is light and spacious, boasting lovely high ceilings typical of the Edwardian period. It overlooks a little courtyard at the front of the property. There is a smart TV, unlimited wifi and a mini hifi.

The double bedroom is towards the rear of the property, and has a king size zip-link bed, which can be arranged as a twin (please note these are 2ft 6" single beds). A travel cot is available if required.
The new shower room is separate to the bedroom, and all towels and bed linen are provided. Beach towels can be hired locally on request.

Please note that whilst dogs are not permitted, the owner's sometimes bring their dog to this property.
