Monaveen

Situated at the northern end of Porthcressa, Monaveen is just a few strides from the beach, or the ever popular restaurant Dibble & Grub. There is also a children's play park just round the corner, at the start of the coastal walk which will take you to Peninnis Lighthouse.

The cottage is only a short level walk to the amenities of Hugh Town and St Mary's harbour for day tripping and island hopping.

Downstairs comprises a comfortable lounge/ living area with Freeview TV and free wi-fi. The kitchen is light and airy with a dining table big enough for 6. It is well equipped with a dishwasher.

At the rear of the house there is a shower room, and the back door leads through to a small courtyard and greenhouse where there are washing/ drying facilities. This rear access lends itself perfectly to those coming in off the beach as there is space to rinse off sandy feet and wetsuits before hopping into the downstairs shower.

Upstairs is the master king bedroom which looks out to St Agnes, two comfortable twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower over the bath as it with sleeps 6 people in 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms.

Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided in the weekly rental price, beach towels can be hired locally on request.

Please note whilst dogs are not permitted, the owner sometimes brings their own dog.
