Greenshank is located at Bay View Terrace, approximately half a mile from St Mary's harbour. The terrace is private and benefits from a pedestrian cut through that takes you onto Porthmellon beach.
Accessed at the front of the terrace, the apartment door leads you upstairs to a landing area, perfect for coats and shoes.

On the right hand side is the lounge, which is spacious and bright, with natural light coming in through the large bay window, which overlooks the front garden and harbour, and high ceilings typical of the era. The kitchen is through the lounge, and also looks out towards St Mary's harbour. It is well equipped with an electric hob and oven, microwave etc.

The master bedroom also overlooks the front garden, and has a super king bed and built in storage and wash basin.

A second bedroom is towards the back of the property and offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a zip'link bed which can be arranged as a super-king or twin.
A family bathroom offers a shower over the bath.

Access to the front garden is shared with the downstairs apartment, Whimbrel.

Bed linen and towels are included in the weekly rental price, beach towels or baby equipment can be hired on request.

Although rented individually, the three properties at 2 Bay View Terrace can be rented together to enable large groups of up to 12 to all holiday together.
