The apartment is accessed from the back of Springfield Court building, up an external flight of stairs into a communal hallway, then up to the second floor, where it is flooded with natural light from both the front and back of the apartment.

The lounge has a comfortable contemporary feel, with a TV, DVD player, Radio and CD player, books and games. The kitchen looks out over Church Street, and is well appointed with a combi washing machine/tumble dryer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven and fridge with freezing compartment. There is a dining table and free WiFi throughout.

There is a sizable double bedroom with a zip-link bed which can be arranged as a super-king or twin beds, a bedroom tv and radio. The shower room is separate to the bedroom.

The highlight of this property however has to be the stunning view from the bedroom picture window across St Mary's harbour and Samson, which is where many guests sit with their morning coffee, watching the comings and goings of the boats in the quay.

Bed linen, towels and electricity are all included in the weekly rental price, beach towels can be hired locally on request.
