1 Rosevean is a bright, spacious ground floor apartment located on Church Road , about half a mile from St Mary's harbour.
The apartment is accessed through the front entrance of Rosevean House, a three-storey terraced Edwardian property, split into 4 apartments, and is only a short, level walk to the amenities of the town, and the quay for island hopping.
The property has lots of natural light throughout and boasts lovely high ceilings, typical of the Edwardian era. Thoughtfully furnished by the new owners, there are plans to upgrade the property with a new kitchen and bathroom in the winter of 2024.
The property sleeps 2 guests in one bedroom which has space for a travel cot. The bed can be arranged as a super-king or twin beds. There is a separate bathroom with electric shower. The well equipped galley kitchen includes a washer/ dryer and the large living room / dining area overlooks a little courtyard at the front of the property.
Perfectly located in a quiet spot, but not far from either Town Beach or Porthcressa, this apartment offers an ideal base to explore Scilly. There is a smart TV, unlimited wifi and a music stereo.
All linen, towels and electricity are included in the weekly price. Please note that although dog's are not permitted, the owner sometimes brings their dog to the property.
